Since 2009 Jeannie has worked with two developers, honing her skills in every aspect of new construction. Jeannie has worked side by side with the developers, builders and architects and provides her input on interior design and finishes. Those collaborations have resulted in over $75,000,000 in new construction sales with Jeannie successfully representing not only the developers but also the buyers on many of the transactions.

Jeannie’s Sotheby’s International Realty connections reach globally and she is aligned with numerous networks including Women of Sotheby’s, the Global Power Network Group, SIR Real Estate Masterminds and Sotheby’s International Realty Ninjas.

Volunteering her time to the Monmouth County Board of Realtors Jeannie has lent her knowledge and expertise to numerous committees including Legislature and Policy Making, Clean Ocean, Circle of Excellence, Associates Committee and for 8 years has served as the Mediation Chair. In her efforts to give back to the communities she serves, from 2006 to 2018 Jeannie and her husband Kevin co chaired a Holiday Dinner Dance benefiting The Visiting Nurse Association of Central New Jersey's Hospice Program. Alongside some very wonderful and dedicated co-chairs they have raised over $1,000,000 for the program.

Jeannie, her husband Kevin and their two children have called the shores of Monmouth County their home for over 30 years. An avid reader and a 'Food Network' junkie, and loves to travel.
