Monica Nordell

Monica Nordell was born and raised on the Jersey Shore. A full-time Manasquan resident for over 15 years, she has also resided in Colonial Terrace, Belmar and Ocean Grove. She graduated from Ocean Township High School and graduated magna cum laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology SUNY with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Prior to her career as a Ward Wight Sotheby's International Realty Real Estate Sales Associate, she managed a local small business for 15 years. Her love of the Shore area and the home renovation process inspired her and her husband to remodel several homes in Manasquan and Wall. Through her dedication to her community, Monica volunteered as Vice-President of the Manasquan Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization from 2014-2016 and a Girl Scout Co-Leader where she organizes many school and community events and fundraisers. She enjoys sailing, cycling, gardening, cooking, golf, and traveling to South Carolina and Florida with her family. Monica has great attention to detail and communication with her clients focusing on guiding them through to the desired results.
