Joanne Zapicchi

A love for the Jersey Shore was passed down through the generations in Joanne’s family. It was her dream to one day live here year-round.. Now a full-time resident, Joanne loves to help others realize their dream whether they are buying, selling or renting here in our coastal paradise.
Joanne’s time management and organizational skills are a result of her past work experience as a high school health and physical education teacher and program coordinator. A licensed athletic trainer, and former high school and collegiate runner, she maintains “mens sana in corpore sano” (sound mind in a sound body) through yoga and yard sales.
A member of St Denis Church, Joanne has been involved in many volunteer activities including The March of Dimes and Disaster Relief Services. She has been a member of the Manasquan Beach Improvement Authority and helps out within the Manasquan Beach Department. She is a certified Red Cross Lifeguard Training Instructor, First Aid and CPR Instructor and Water Safety Instructor. She is also a member of the D.A.R. (Daughters of The American Revolution)
One of her favorite hobbies is crafting with driftwood and other treasures from the sea. She takes great joy in “repurposing” and likes to see things for what they can become.
As an RYT certified-yoga instructor, Joanne shares her passion for yoga as a student and practitioner at Inlet Yoga in Manasquan, NJ and practices yoga anywhere she gets the opportunity-
