Broker Associate Michael Mulroy joined Ward Wight Sotheby’s in 2009 after retiring from a 23 year career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, where he served as a Specialist, Partner and Managing Director with Bear Wagner Specialist, LLC. Michael had spent twenty years matching buyers and sellers in multi- million dollar transactions while co-managing over 75 Specialists and Assistants. Michael understands that buying and selling are big decisions. The reason clients come to him is not only because of his overall knowledge of the Real Estate market, but also because he focuses on creating long-term relationships rather than closing a single sale.
