Linda De Mendoza

Linda was born and raised in New Jersey and is a proud Villanova University graduate. She has been a Sea Girt home owner since 1997 and year round resident since 2001. She lived abroad in Latin America for 25 years where she developed and successfully managed her own food manufacturing business.

Linda has been a full time Realtor for 10 years, receiving various awards over this period. She is highly regarded in the real estate community for her knowledge of the local real estate market as well as her integrity, negotiating ability, marketing expertise, and attention to detail. As a year-round resident and home owner in Sea Girt, Linda understands that the decision to buy a house is not made quickly or lightly and that the purchase of a house is the decision to buy a home and become part of the community in which that home is located.

Linda has been a very active member of the greater Sea Girt community for over a decade, where she raised her youngest child, now a sophomore at Elon University.
