The updated farmhouse style kitchen is open to a large dining area with seating for 6, plus 2 more at the breakfast bar. The large light filled family room in the rear of the home features a 3-sided fireplace, skylights, smart-tv and open concept to an additional dining area with seating for 8. The first floor master suite includes an updated en-suite bath with rainfall showerhead. A half bath, home office, and second living room finish off the first floor. Upstairs are 3 ample sized bedrooms, and another updated full bath. After a beach day you can relax on the paver patio or pick fresh herbs and tomatoes from the garden while the kids enjoy the jungle gym or the basketball court and at dusk, take in the ambiance of the string lights while roasting marshmallows around the firepit. And you get to do this all again the next day! There is nothing quite like life at the beach!
