The main level has an open floor plan offering a large entry foyer, family room with a gas fireplace, chefs kitchen, dining area that leads to the patio which is nestled in the beach sand! The second level has four spacious bedrooms, two full baths and generous sized laundry room. One of the bedrooms is currently being used as a lounge. The third level is where you will find the master suite offering a spacious bedroom with sitting area, gas fireplace master bath and balcony over looking the blue waters of the Atlantic. Walk along the beach, stroll the boards, fish, swim, surf or just watch the sunrise! No Pets, No Smoking or Vaping, No Exceptions! Three King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, the sofa in the 2nd floor lounge has a Queen Sleeper.
